The group’s history has its roots at the Domaine de Rouffach, formerly known as the Hôtel à la Ville de Lyon. This iconic venue laid the foundations for a hospitality and gastronomic venture deeply rooted in the Alsace region.
Over time, this vision has evolved to encompass several 2- and 3-star hotels as well as Michelin-starred restaurants, combining high standards, authenticity and a warm welcome. This evolution has been guided by a commitment to offering sustainable hospitality that remains true to the region’s identity and expertise.
